  31.      Do you happen to have a large collection of text files?  Are they
  32. stored  in  one central location with many seperating sub-directories?
  33. If  so,  then GuideCompiler may just be able to make your text viewing
  34. life  easier.   Why?  Well GuideCompiler will scan an unlimited amount
  35. of  source  directories  recursively  if required, and build up a nice
  36. looking  AmigaGuide  document  of  links  pointing to all the files it
  37. encounters.  All AmigaGuide files are linked using the AmigaGuide link
  38. instruction  for  easy  retracing back to the main guide and any other
  39. file  is  linked  to  a  user  defined  viewer.  If this viewer is not
  40. specified, GuideCompiler will use MultiView (if so OS3 required).
  41.      Using  a multi file viewer like MultiView or MegaView, means that
  42. GuideCompiler can be used for more than just text file compilation and
  43. it's really just up to you to find other uses for it.
  44.      GuideCompiler  produces  well  laidout  AmigaGuide documents that
  45. make  moving  through a directory tree and accessing files for viewing
  46. as easy as 1..2...3 :) Try it!!

  48.      NameStrip  1.0  is  also included in this archive and will scan a
  49. directory  tree and remove spaces from filenames, tidying them up.  It
  50. is  needed  with  GuideCompiler,  because it cannot handle files which
  51. have spaces in them!
